Autism is not a life-long debilitating disease for everyone. It’s unfortunate that many people think that but true, quality science published in 2016 revealed that in the US about 10% of those diagnosed with autism completely heal and no longer have symptoms from autism. In other countries, the percentage that heals completely from autism is much higher. I personally know over 40 parents who have completely healed their children from autism. Autism can be healed, there’s an actual system to healing autism.
Yes, they really do work! Probiotics have been proven in the scientific literature to change behavior in both humans with autism and animal models with autism. Even Dr. Temple Grandin uses probiotics! She says “My immune function was getting poor and I started getting constant urinary tract infections and yeast infections. Today I’m controlling these problems with diet and probiotic supplements.” So yes, probiotics really DO work. And they work for a wide range of symptoms.
No. Online summits are great but they don't go into detail on how to rebuild the gut microbiota. They will certainly talk about certain strains and the benefits of using probiotics but it is not a cohesive plan. That is not a strategy. Navigating Probiotics is a year-long strategy for rebuilding the gut. This is a new and different way to approach probiotics. The right probiotic at the right time makes a difference.
Various neurotransmitters are required for the release reward we as humans feel with social interactions. Gut health is important because the majority of neurotransmitters are produced in our gut. In the scientific research literature, it is well-recognized that the gut microbiota affects the brain's physiological, behavioral, and cognitive functions although its precise mechanism has not yet been fully understood.
There may be five communication routes between gut microbiota and brain. Neurotransmitters throughout our body are modulated by our gut microbiota. It is hard for someone to be social and feel the neurotransmitter reward in their brain for being social if the gut microbiota is unbalanced.
No your child does not need to be able to swallow pills. If they can that is great. This course shows you which probiotics are potent and therefore you will not need to take a lot - if fact you should not be taking large amounts of probiotics to see changes.
Many parents see changes in some behavior within a few weeks of starting a good probiotic. That’s great but I also want you to start helping your child live the LIFE they deserve and that takes rebuilding the gut microbiota…and more than just one bottle of probiotics so that’s why I created Navigating Probiotics.
After you pay for the course, you will be sent an email with login information. You will have immediate access to all the information.
It’s free! You will never be charged for updated material…and I do update the information as the science progresses.
This course is used by parents who want to rebuild their child’s gut microbiota for a variety of reasons, not always due to autism. There are many children who have a few symptoms that overlap with autism symptoms but yet they might not have autism – Navigating Probiotics can still be used to rebuild their gut microbiota.
Yes, the information in this course can benefit those regardless of where on the spectrum they are. Even children with challenging behavior but not an autism diagnosis have used this course and benefited greatly. Children with an ADHD diagnosis have also benefited from their parents implementing the information in this course.
Many specific issues are related to specific strains of bacteria so it is incorporated that way.
Most parents don’t find benefit in doing stool testing to measure changes because changes are seen in such big and easily measured way – behaviorally, sleeping, focus, etc. I do recommend discussing with your doctor stool testing if you have any concerns about specific pathogens in the gut however many parents have usually done this already.
